We are a professional guide service, so we are on the water most everyday guiding clients to the many destinations that we fish. If you get a message when you call us please leave your name, dates you are requesting, and a good contact number where we can reach you at. We greatly appreciate your business and will be contacting you shortly.
All trips require a 50% deposit to secure your date and guide.
Trips cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled date, will NOT be eligible for a refund or reschedule. If trips are cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled date a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. Reschedules can be made up to 30 days prior to originally scheduled dates. Group trips of 9 people or more, a 45 day cancellation/reschedule policy applies.
No refunds will be issued on Gift Certificates, Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates are good for one year from date of purchase
We are strictly Catch and Release. Due to the fragile nature of our eco system in the Smoky Mountains and surrounding region, we practice catch and release fishing only. Each year we guide a large volume of people and want to ensure good catch rates for everyone. The only way to do the this fairly and ethically is catch and release.
Weather:
The weather in The Great Smoky Mountains is unpredictable. Inclement weather does not automatically result in the cancellation of your trip. We fish in all weather conditions, rain or shine. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF FLY FISHING THE SMOKIES. We will be glad to reschedule your trip if there is lightning or the river or lake conditions are deemed unsafe by the guides. The weather in the Great Smoky Mountains is unpredictable and local forecasts are highly unreliable. Guests are required to meet their guide at the scheduled location ready to fish.
* We understand that you are on vacation and may run late from time to time. Our guides will wait for you for 30 minutes from your scheduled start time. If we have not heard from you after 30 minutes past your scheduled start time we will have no choice but to leave. Our guides are on schedules where they have multiple trips in a day and have to stay on their schedules. Thank you for your consideration.
